About Us

G&G is owned by Gil and Rosie Goldstein. Gil has extensive background in the automotive field. Beginning his career at the age of 17 employed at one of New Yorks premier speed shops. Gil assembled complete street and race engines, transmissions (manual and automatic) and rear end assemblies. He also specialized in custom carburetor and ignition systems, performing fine tuning on a Clayton 400 hp chassis dyno. At the age of 23, Gil took ownership of the shop, extending operations into a full retail speed equipment store along with complete shop services. After 10 years the business was sold and Gil went to work for a major Canadian based chain of muffler, brake, tire and alignment stores in the roll of manager/supervisor/trainer. Later on, Gil also worked as a branch manager for a heavy equipment dealership and then as a service manager for a large Ford dealership. Drawing on these skills and experience, Gil and Rosie decided to open a automotive service shop that would allow them to provide quality service for everyday vehicles and also enjoy their passion for the custom specialty and performance vehicles. 

Our Mission Statement is simple:  Provide personalized, quality service for your vehicles. We apply the same expertise and care to your everyday driver or commercial vehicles that we use on our custom and specialty vehicles. There are no exceptions! 

At G&G we employ experienced, professional technicians whose sole job is to fix your vehicle correctly, period. To that end we DO NOT PAY COMMISSION OR FLAT RATE to our techs. This creates a comfortable atmosphere of teamwork  with everyone working together for the same goal. Unique in the repair industry.
